Catherine Reid

Catherine Reid, Lecturer in Teacher Education, University of Glasgow (MEd Inclusive Education, 2019). Catherine has 23 years secondary teaching experience prior to coming to study and work at the University of Glasgow. Catherine is an English teacher and teacher of support for learning. She teaches on Masters programmes and undergraduate programmes within the University. Her research interests are around highly able learners in areas of deprivation and widening participation into universities and this work forms the basis of her PhD thesis.

Dr Tiffany Vlaar

Dr Tiffany Vlaar is a lecturer in the School of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Glasgow. Her research interests include developing new optimisation schemes for the training of deep neural networks, the mathematics of deep learning, and physics-inspired machine learning for applications in climate change. Tiffany did her PhD in Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, having previously obtained MSc degrees in both Geophysics and Theoretical Physics. Prior to moving to Glasgow she was a postdoctoral researcher at Mila-Quebec AI Institute and McGill University.

Dr. Melissa Peterson Malen

Melissa Peterson Malen, PhD, is the owner of AxyLu Academic Coaching, LLC. She specializes in coaching students and adults who experience performance challenges in the areas of executive function and self-regulation. Dr. Malen coaches clients that have ADHD, dyslexia, nonverbal learning disability, or are twice exceptional. Melissa earned an MA in counseling psychology and a PhD in education. Dr. Malen has researched the experience of parents of students with ADHD and is developing programs targeted at improving student underachievement.

dr. Ivana Đorđev

Ivana Đorđev is a doctor of philological science (scientific field: Methodology of Serbian language teaching, Serbian language). She was the winner of the second prize from the Institute for the Advancement of Education in 2012; 2019. was included in The Lexicon of creators in pre-university education. Since 2016 she is a professor of vocational studies at the Preschool Teacher Training and Medical College in Vrsac (previous name: Preschool Teacher Training College "Mihailo Palov" in Vrsac). So far published several monographs, more (hand)books for students and other publications and more than 80 research papers in various journals and proceedings (in total: more than 100 references). Actively participates in scientific conferences and in international projects, she is a peer-reviewer of several journals; also, she is the author and implementer of several professional development programs. dr. Radmila Palinkašević

Radmila Palinkašević je završila doktorske akademske studije 2024. godine na Filološkom fakultetu u Beogradu. Titulu doktor filoloških nauka stekla je odbranom teze pod naslovom „Razlike u upotrebi učestalih leksičkih spojeva kod izvornih i neizvornih govornika u naučnim radovima iz oblasti obrazovanja“.
Zvanje saradnik u nastavi dobija marta 2014. godine kada je stupila u radni odnos na Visokoj školi strukovnih studija za vaspitače „Mihailo Palov“ u Vršcu. Kao saradnik u nastavi stiče mnogobrojna iskustva. Zvanje asistenta dobija 22. 2. 2016. na Visokoj školi strukovnih studija ,,Mihailo Palov“ u Vršcu. Trenutno je zaposlena u zvanju nastavnika jezika. Tokom svog rada na Visokoj strukovnoj vaspitačkoj i medicinskoj školi u Vršcu aktivno učestvuje kao član uređivačkog odbora časopisa Research in Pedagogy / Istraživanja u pedagogiji. Od 2014. zadužena je za indeksaciju časopisa u internacionalne naučne baze i proveru jezika u radovima na engleskom. Od 2020. preuzima ulogu sekretara časopisa zaduženog za komunikaciju između autora i uređivačkog tima tokom pripreme radova za objavljivanje.
