Paula Benevene, PhD is associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at LUMSA University in Rome, Italy. She is the Director of the Master’s Degree in Psychology of Work and Organizational Wellbeing and the Director of the Executive Master in Human Resource Management. She has published several studies on teachers’ well being.

Ilaria Buonomo, PhD, is a Research Fellow of Work and Organizational Psychology at LUMSA University in Rome, Italy, and member of the Italian National Observatory for Teacher Health and Wellbeing. Her main research interests include individual and organizational well-being and positive psychology at work.

Melissa Peterson Malen, PhD, is the owner of AxyLu Academic Coaching, LLC.  She specializes in coaching students and adults who experience performance challenges in the areas of executive function and self-regulation. Dr. Malen coaches clients that have ADHD, dyslexia, nonverbal learning disability, or are twice exceptional. Melissa earned an MA in counseling psychology and a PhD in education. Dr. Malen has researched the experience of parents of students with ADHD and is developing programs targeted at improving student underachievement.
