Catherine Reid

Catherine Reid, Lecturer in Teacher Education, University of Glasgow (MEd Inclusive Education, 2019). Catherine has 23 years secondary teaching experience prior to coming to study and work at the University of Glasgow. Catherine is an English teacher and teacher of support for learning. She teaches on Masters programmes and undergraduate programmes within the University. Her research interests are around highly able learners in areas of deprivation and widening participation into universities and this work forms the basis of her PhD thesis.

Jeanne L. Paynter

Jeanne L. Paynter, Ed.D. is the Executive Director of Educating Innovators LLC, founded with the mission to view all learners as tomorrow’s innovators, today.  Jeanne’s wide variety of experiences in K-12 and higher education have shaped her interest in talent development, leading to the design of a new “talent-targeted” teaching and learning approach presented in her book, Teach to Develop Talent: How to Motivate and Engage Tomorrow’s Innovators Today. Her personal passions are motivation theory, creativity, and talent development in K-12 education, and she presents widely on these topics to international audiences. An advocate for equity in excellence, Jeanne directed numerous state grant projects to increase the participation and success of low income and minority students in PK-12 advanced programming.  Jeanne earned her master’s and doctoral degrees from the Johns Hopkins University. She resides in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Milica Jovanov

Milica Jovanov earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees (2021) from the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Belgrade, graduating with a 9.83 average grade after defending a thesis in Didactics. In 2021, she began doctoral studies in the Methodology of Teaching Fine Arts, focusing her project on integrating visual arts into primary education. From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a classroom and subject teacher across multiple primary schools in Vršac, Pavliš, Izbište and Uljma. She also served as a school librarian in primary school. In October 2024, she was appointed Assistant in Pedagogical Sciences at the Higher Vocational Educational and Medical School in Vršac. Her current teaching portfolio includes Didactic Resources in Kindergarten, Methodology of Educational Work, Pedagogical Documentation, and Horizontal Exchange in Kindergarten.
